- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪THANK YOU to Birch Pharmacy and their excellent staff! Our previous insurance forced us to switch to CVS mail order and it was a constant problem. We recently got new insurance and trying to change it with them was a nightmare, don't know why I even bothered. After failing, my brain returned to me and I called Birch to start using them again. No waiting on hold for 30+ min only to get a rude and undertrained incapable agent, no, after hitting "0" to talk to a real person my call was answered instantly by a professional, friendly, and perfectly cable human being!!! I was immediately assisted and in less than 3 minutes my insurance was updated, verified as accepted, and my prescriptions are being refilled.
